1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a binding agreement between the User and Dmitrii Bulin PR BEOGRAD (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

By using the platform and making purchases, the User agrees to these Terms.

2. Subject of Agreement

The Operator provides access to a digital storefront through which the User may purchase goods, services, and subscriptions. Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through certified payment providers. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency. The Operator does not store payment card details.

4. Rights and Obligations

The Operator shall provide access to purchased goods and services within the specified timeframe. The User shall use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Liability

The Operator shall not be liable for losses arising from the User's violation of these Terms or applicable legislation.

6. Suspension of Access and Access to Data

When the paid period and the subsequent grace period have both elapsed, access to the paid services is suspended: subscribed materials and services stop opening and automated data export becomes unavailable. Data itself is retained for the period stated in the Privacy Policy, and access to it is restored as soon as payment is made.

Suspension does not limit a data subject's statutory rights. A data subject's request for access to, rectification, restriction of, or erasure of their personal data is handled by the Operator **through support** — by writing to the address below — within the timeframes required by applicable law. Such a request is processed regardless of payment status: the suspension of automated services is not a refusal to honour that right.
